Frequently Asked Questions (created by Midland students):
   
   Is Midland a co-ed boarding school?
         Yes, Midland has been co-ed since 1976
   How many students are at Midland?   
         Currently there are about 90 students
   How many faculty members work at Midland? 
          There are about 20 full time faculty members that live on campus
   How many days a week do students have class?
         Students have classes six days a week
   Can students go home on weekends? 
         Students may not go home for an entire weekend, but are free to leave campus on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
   When do Midland students have breaks?
         Midland students have breaks roughly every six to seven weeks
   What are "half-holidays"?
         Half-holiday is a term used to describe downtime that occurs every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Often students will use this time to catch up on schoolwork, go on a hike or to town, or simply relax with friends. 
   What is a shower-fire? 
          Midland students are required to make a fire in a shower tank every day to heat their shower water. Students alternate through an assigned list, seniors are exempt.
    Can students have pets? 
          Students are allowed to have pets such as dogs, cats, and horses. Students must have a 2.6 GPA to have an animal at Midland.
