Juniors meet every Tuesday from 11:20 to 12:05 to learn details of college application process; all students should take the opportunity to have at least one individual meeting with me during the spring semester.

February 18-26

Winter Break: Begin to create a college list. Visit colleges whenever possible. At this point, you are visiting colleges to begin determining which schools you will be applying to. Some of you will still be determining which type of schools you want—big, small, public, private, etc. It’s still a good idea to visit the schools near your home. Again, you’ll always get a better sense of the school if you visit when students are there.

Take SAT II (Note: This is the only time you can take a Language with Listening Subject Test. This test is recommended for all native speakers of Spanish, Korean, Chinese, French, or German. $22 more expensive!)
